Transform your 5km performance with just 5 weeks of dedicated training! On average, participants following this program have achieved a remarkable improvement of 2 minutes and 51 seconds (7.5%). Some individuals even exceeded expectations with over a 5-minute boost!

🚀 Designed for Runners of ALL Abilities

Tailored to elevate your 5km speed, this program accommodates runners of different levels. Select your program based on your current 5km time:

  • Black Program: Sub 18-minute runners

  • Blue Program: 18-22 minute runners

  • Green Program: 22-26 minute runners

  • Red Program: 26-30 minute runners

  • Yellow Program: 30 minutes and above

🔄 Adjustments based on your Time Trial

If your initial 5km Time Trial on day one reveals a different pace (faster or slower), contact me for a complimentary adjustment to ensure you have the right program.

📅 Flexible Start Date

Commence the 5-week program at your convenience. Each week consists of four runs and a dedicated stretching session. While not mandatory, I recommend using a heart rate monitor alongside a GPS watch, such as Garmin, for optimal tracking.

🏃‍♂️ Pre-requisites

Before embarking on this plan, ensure you can run 5km without stopping and comfortably handle sessions lasting up to 60 minutes.
